Privacy Policy

Designllave is a remote design studio. We plan, design, and build websites for construction companies, contractors, and related firms. The studio is run by people, not a faceless platform.

Questions about this policy go to amr@designllave.com. That is the same inbox we use for project enquiries.

This policy applies to designllave.com, the roofing pages on this site, and any other page we publish under the Designllave name. It covers how we handle personal information when you browse, send a message, book a conversation, or send us materials for a project.

It does not cover other companies' websites we have designed. Those sites have their own owners and their own rules.

If you write through the contact form, you give us a first name, last name, email address, and a message about the company and the work. That form opens an email to us. We read it in our inbox. We do not run a hidden lead database behind that form.

If you email us directly, we keep what you sent: the address, the thread, and any files you attach. Construction projects usually come with logos, job photographs, addresses of completed work, names of people on the team, and copy about the firm. We use that to build the site you asked for.

If you book a call from a campaign page, we receive the name, email, and time you chose, plus whatever you type into the booking notes.

The site also records ordinary technical details that any host sees: pages viewed, browser, device, and rough location at a city or country level. We use Vercel Analytics for this. It is there so we can tell if the site is slow, broken, or actually being read. It is not there to follow you around the internet.

To answer an enquiry and decide if we are the right studio for the job.

To design and ship a website that looks like the company, which means using the photographs, names, and project facts you give us.

To keep the studio running: invoices, contracts, file storage, and a record of what was agreed.

To keep this site honest and working. Analytics help us see what is used. They do not decide who you are.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent the enquiry list. Construction is a small world and we are not in the data-broker business.

The site is hosted on Netlify. Analytics run through Vercel. Email lives in the inbox attached to amr@designllave.com. If we use a booking tool on a campaign page, that tool processes the appointment details so the call can actually happen.

We may share what we must if the law requires it, or if we hire an accountant, lawyer, or contractor who needs a specific file to do their job. They get the minimum, not the whole studio.

Enquiry emails stay as long as they are useful to the conversation. If we do not work together, we are not going to sit on your details forever.

Project files stay for the life of the relationship and for a sensible period after, because websites need updates, backups, and a record of what shipped. If you want a copy or you want something deleted, ask. We will say what we can remove and what we have to keep for invoices or legal records.

The public site is not a maze of marketing pixels. We use a small amount of analytics to understand traffic. Your browser may store a cookie or similar identifier for that. You can block cookies in the browser. The site will still load.

We do not use your visit to this site to retarget you across other websites.

You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to amr@designllave.com. Say what you want done. We will reply.

You can also stop mailing us. That does not unwind a live project unless we agree it in writing, but it does stop new marketing notes from this studio.

This site is for people who run or hire construction businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information in a way that actually matters, we will update this page and the date at the top. The live version is the one that counts.
